Where are you located, and do you ship nationwide/internationally?
I am located in Virginia and currently ship orders across the United States. International shipping may be available upon request—please contact me before placing an order if you’re outside the U.S.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Processing times vary depending on the product. Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase. Custom embroidery and apparel usually take 7–14 business days to create, plus shipping time. Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability.
Embroidery & Custom Apparel
Can I provide my own design for embroidery?
Yes! You can send me your artwork or logo, and I’ll let you know if it’s ready for embroidery or if it needs to be digitized.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Most items do require a minimum of 5 to place an order. Bulk discounts are available for larger quantities.
Do you charge a digitizing fee for custom designs?
Yes. For designs that need to be digitized, a one-time digitizing fee applies. This fee starts at $15 and will increase based on the complexity of the design.
What types of items can you embroider?
I specialize in custom embroidery for hats, hoodies, sweatshirts, patches, robes, bags, and more. If you have something specific in mind, reach out and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

What embroidery machine formats do you provide?
I offer multiple file formats including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, and more. If you’re unsure which format you need, please let me know your machine type and I’ll help you choose.
Policies
What is your return or exchange policy for physical items?
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error on my part. For non-custom items, exchanges may be available within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.
